“Good service but a bit elusive on pick up despite phoning twice as instructed. No one on their desk but plenty of staff at MBW and Maple who I have used in the past, maybe worth paying a bit more for quickest pick up.”
“Due to issues at home I was late arriving but this was no problem for Park Giant who accommodated the change with no fuss. The handover was efficient, as was the arrangements and directions upon return.
There was a 10 minute delay in the car getting back to the car park due to heavy rush hour traffic, but overall I was impressed with the service received and the hand back of the car.”
“There was no-one at the desk at Heathrow when I arrived for departure, but I was early (5:45am) - mobile was answered promptly and a driver was there within 10mins. On return, again the 'phone was answered promptly and politely and I waited no more than a few minutes in the car park until my car arrived. For me, this process is never stress free, but the service Park Giant provides is exactly as it says on the tin, and so I've booked to use them again in January.”
