“Pick up dead on time at Terminal 5. Picked up after about 10 minutes wait at Terminal 3.
Very friendle and courteous drivers. The car was very clean on return, which was a pleasant surprise.”
“Excellent service. Our flight was changed at the last minute. No problem for Park Giant at Heathrow. We communicated with them and then kept in touch as we landed from Seattle.
Very late collecting our car. But no extra charge.
Lovely friendly people. Great price.
Definitely will continue to use Park Giant in the future. Well done!”
“Clear instructions to follow for arrival and return. Wait of about 15 minutes which was as stated on my return phone call and no issues with car condition.
Would happily use again.”
“Beware, response regarding broken windscreen and excess mileage - their mileage record was not accurate
We are sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the windscreen. However, please refer to our Terms & Conditions, section 4.6, which clearly states that we do not accept liability for the mechanical, structural, or electrical failure of any part of the vehicle, including but not limited to windscreens, glass chips, clutches, tyres, stone chips, and alloy wheel damage. This list is not exhaustive.
Therefore, we are unable to accept responsibility for the windscreen damage reported.
Furthermore, as our vehicles are stored within open air secured compounds, factors outside of our control can contribute to windscreen damage. With the current warm and sunny weather conditions, existing stone chips or minor imperfections can expand due to temperature changes and sunlight exposure, which may subsequently develop into larger cracks. Unfortunately, this is not something that can be prevented or controlled by ourselves, and therefore falls outside our liability.
With regard to the mileage increase, we can confirm that the vehicle mileage was recorded at 142,931 on the day of collection and 142,951 upon return, resulting in a total increase of 20 miles.
Please note that, in line with our operational procedures, vehicles may be moved between our primary and secondary compounds during storage. This can result in mileage accumulation, which can be up to approximately 30 miles in total depending on operational requirements and yard movements.
We can confirm that this level of mileage is within normal operational parameters for our service.”
