“Overall service was good but I was unable to give full stars because on my return I called one of the numbers for Park Giant supplied by APH to confirm I had got my baggage and it was repeatedly cut off. I then received a call from Park Giant to chastise me for ringing that number as it was a “business line”. I can assure you that after travelling for 24 hours and at 0630 in the morning I did not appreciate this. So I recommend you look again at the contact numbers that you provide to customers.”
“Followed the steps provided for pick up i.e called when landed and again when suitcases collected. I was informed the car would be delivered back to me in 20 / 25 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes I rang to ask where the car was and was told it was on the way . It turned up 40 minutes later with no apology or explanation. So if you wish to use this service be prepared to wait in the cold beyond any time given without any communication about delays.”
