“Always use and always efficient /on time/ polite / friendly/ helpful . Dropped off at T5 and picked up at T3. Easy to change when outbound flight was cancelled. Clear directions and instructions given.”
“Poor directions to parking for T5 led to inadvertent drive through main dropoff area triggering a fee, then unclear directions once at barriers for parking, unhelpful staff on phone when contacted.
On leaving had to wait in meet and greet for car to arrive. Then when trying to exit gates company had not registered the ANPR correctly causing delays leaving car park.
Overall poor experience.”
