“Great service for a good price. Couple of niggles, dashcam - power supply removed - not reassuring. Footwell & interior muddy and mud on wheels suggesting it was parked on a field. I had to clean it up.”
“Parking was easy no real issues. only when it came to collection I followed the instructions and phoned when collecting my luggage and was told to phone again when I have my luggage. When I phoned again I was told to meet at the collection point in 15 to 20 minutes and the car would be there, 35 minutes later and 2 further calls before the car arrived. I have parked off site for less and taken less time arriving at my car than it took with park giant. First time I have used this service and I might consider off site parking next time as the times are pretty much the same for drop off and collection and cheaper.”
“OUT OF DATE INSTRUCTIONS
First time users. Missed the drop off turning when arriving at Heathrow and had to pay £7 Drop Off charge and were unable to find Short Stay Car Park as instructed when exiting Arrivals on our return as Heathrow Airport have changed all of the signs. Despite calling twice on arrival (return flight) and wandering around trying to find the relevant car park, had to wait 5 to 10 minutes for the car to arrive. Won't be using Park Giant again, doesnt take much longer to catch a bus!”
