“This was the best Heathrow drop off expereice we have had in 20 plus years. Very limited waoting around and transfer to actual Terminal. Driver was polite and professional.”
“I was pleased with the Meet and Greet service which was operated by Park Giant at Heathrow. A reasonable price, and the assistants were extremely helpful on the phone when I arrived and was getting a bit lost! And I really appreciated the fact that I dropped off and picked up the car just 3 mins walk from the departures/arrivals location at terminal 5. It made estimating the time needed very easy. I would definitely use this service again.”
“An excellent service, all went exactly to plan, being able to stay in a hotel then drop the car directly at Terminal 4 was a real bonus. On arrival back at Heathrow the car was waiting for us. Five star trouble free, thank you!”

“This service was not horrendous but I wouldn’t use again. Whilst described as a meet and greet, it is not. Both upon dropping off and collecting I had to wait 15/20 minutes which in fairness was less than other people around me. This is despite calling at the instructed times. It would have genuinely been quicker for me to walk or park and ride to any of the other car parks. It was also quite rushed and stressful doing the handover with lots of people bibbing and car companies rushing around. My vehicle statistics also showed the car was driven over 16 miles whilst I was away and got up to a speed of 63 mph which I am unhappy with and was unexpected.”

While the service is meet-and-greet in terms of vehicle handover at the terminal, vehicles are safely parked in a fully secure off-site compound, as stated on our website. This does mean the car is driven to and from the storage location, which explains the mileage recorded (approximately 8 miles each way).
We apologise for the waiting times on both drop-off and collection. We recognise that any delay can add unnecessary pressure, particularly in a busy airport environment. Your comments regarding the handover process and overall atmosphere have been noted and shared with the team so we can look at improving this.
