“Parking all worked well once I’d found it! Arrival instructions emailed to me were incorrect / out of date, which resulted in me having to pay an additional £5 to drive around the block again!”
“Car was not waiting for us when we arrived into car park. My car arrived 15 mins later. Asked the employee why this could be & he said because the cars are parked approx 15 mins away. I was not aware that this was the procedure so was not best pleased.”
“Found the staff very courteous and helpful, had to wait about 10 mins or so, good service thank you only moan was the directions used wrong post code ,luckily realised this beforehand , needs updating.”
“Very convenient and easy access to airport right opposite the lifts. Can’t fault it! It’s a pity we followed APH’s directions to the car park as their instructions to go to junction. 15 meant that we ended up at terminal 5! Not impressed.”
“Outward trip was OK. We were waiting around for the Park Giant representative to arrive and eventually had to phone again when they said he was already there but hadn't made himself known to us. Return trip was much better, car was in a sound condition, nothing had been changed or altered inside and the young man driving was great. Would recommend.”
