“The parking service was good but my issue is that they have small print that isn't noticeable saying you have to pay the extra for the 15 minute parking when you arrive and leave at Heathrow which adds on an extra £8 each way - £16 in total . It looks cheap in comparison to others so I booked it and didn't realise. Others I've used don't make you pay for this so I felt like it was a swizz. That said the parking service was good and efficient but I wish they had been upfront about the total charges. It should be included in the total price.”

45 mins waiting despite being 12 mins delayed, traffic is an issue but if they monitor the flights this time could be at least halved, no call backs I called then 3 times

Please note that airport entry and exit charges are clearly stated at the point of booking under the “More Information” section for this service, and are also detailed within the booking confirmation email. Customers are made aware that these charges are payable locally at the terminal car park.
We do also understand your frustration regarding the waiting time. The Meet & Greet service operates in line with live traffic conditions and flight timings where possible, however delays can occasionally occur due to airport congestion and road traffic. Your comments regarding call-backs and responsiveness have been passed on to the service provider for review.

“Drop off was easy. Someone was waiting at the airport and took the keys straight away.
Retuning to Heathrow, I called as per the instructions. They said it would be 10-15 mins for the car to be brought back. In reality it was more like 25 mins.”
“Don’t realise I had to pay the entrance and exit fee myself on top of what I paid for the parking. This made it more expensive than others so will not use again!”
