“Great communication and prompt collection and return of the vehicle. Of the people waiting around, I was first to drop and collect my car both sides of my trip. Others were complaining about long wait times with alternative companies.

“Hassled 4 times while at baggage carousel only to find when I got to car no one there and had to wait 15 minutes for driver to show resulting in additional charges for parking”
“Edward Lloyd meet & greet was the best parking company I’ve used. The drivers contact you with information straightaway. I got a call as soon as I landed to say where to meet. They remembered I only had hand luggage so would be quicker to collect my car. I had no problem understanding them at all which has been a problem with other meet and greet services. I will 100% be using them again Flawless throughout”
“They have scratched the car in 2 places and there is also red paint next to one of the scratch’s
The car is new , as has just 2000 miles on the clock.
We reported the damage to them on collection via what’s app and have emailed them.
Both msgs have been ignored.
My recommendation is to simply not use this company.”
