“It was flawless. Met the person at the parking bay and it was just 2-3 min walk to the departures.
On the way back EL was courteous enough to bring the car right at the doorstep of airport exit.

“Dropping off the car was nice and easy. However when we arrived back at Heathrow the process seemed very unorganised. I rang when we landed as instructed and again at baggage claim. Our baggage claim was slightly delayed in getting luggage off the plane and j advised of this. Despite this, the staff continued to call me to ask when we will be collecting the car. There were also queues at the parking lot to get ok the lift up to the 4th floor so again we had to wait and i was continuously being called still after this. The whole collection experience was very rushed and when we arrived the car was left in an umarked area & the parking lot security came over to warn us as we were packing away our luggage.
Next time would prefer you park ourselves rather than use a meet & greet service.”

“Simple booking process but it should have been made clear earlier in the process that entry & exit charges (£15 in total) to the short stay parking area are not included in the quote, so the difference in cost compared to the other ‘Meet & Greet’ companies is not as much as it first seemed.
Otherwise their service could not have been faulted - most pleasant drivers, very efficient & prompt & car returned ins same state as when dropped off.
I would just like to have received some form of paperwork confirming hand-over of my vehicle.”
