“You have to pay for your parking on entrance and exit. Says on the small print but I didn't realise when I booked - so this was £16 more than I had thought it would be. Had to wait 30 mins for the guy to take our car from us on arrival. To be fair the car was brought to us pretty promptly on return. That's why I am not giving 2 stars Also they say it will be £7.50 for the parking but it's gone up to £8”

“Was all ok until they charged us an extra £40 cash because we arrived at the same time but on a different flight number to what we had originally said as we were moved by the airline due to storms. Would not use again and would suggest caution for others.”

“Great process from booking to using. Was one of the few I found who could meet at one terminal for drop off and pick up from a different terminal on our return. Good service and communication to arrange drop off and pick up. Thanks”
“Used the meet-and-greet service for the first time and everything went very smoothly. On departure, the company collected my car from the designated meet-and-greet area at Heathrow Airport, which made the process quick and straightforward.
On our return, they contacted me around 30 minutes after our flight had landed and gave me clear directions on where to collect the car. This was particularly helpful as we arrived back at a different terminal from the one we had departed from.
The only minor issue was that the car was quite dirty when it was returned. However, I believe this was simply due to it being parked outside during our trip, and it was nothing that a quick car wash couldn’t sort out.
Overall, I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.”
