Very efficient. It was so busy at terminal 2 when I returned that the company had a work around to meet at an alternative location, which meant I could get home quicker, and saved me money on the car park

Competitive prices, proactive service. One suggestion- they can be more open and forthcoming about additional parking fee at departure as well as arrival.

They were so excellent to deal with. First time I’ve parked at the airport and I would do it again with these guys without hesitation, very responsive and just all round helpful

Overall we were happy with the service. Little bit of confusion on departure, after confirming my ETA at T5 30 mins prior, the driver turned up 10 minutes after the agreed time. No issues on arrival back from our trip, driver was on time where he said he would be.

Honestly, the service was abysmal from start to finish. From a very rude call upon dropping off the vehicle to a40minute wait upon collecting the car. I thought the very service of meet and greet was that I would arrive, an attendant would take the keys upon arrival and then upon collecting the car, that the car would be ready to pick up as soon as we landed. Upon both dropping off the car and picking up we had a significant delay as we were told they were ‘busy’. I would assume they would know how many cars they had to pick up and drop off from their bookings to be able to provide a sufficient amount of staff so they could deal with it if they had multiple bookings. Other meet and greet services had numerous staff on hand to assist and all managed to get their customers seen to immediately. But Edward Lloyd seemed to be the only company that didn’t have any organisation. I wouldn’t bother again in the future if it is as much hassle as my experience was. And I wasn’t the only customer having issues at the time of drop off and pick up. Also make sure to read the detail when booking as in addition to the cost, you need to pay an additional £7.50 upon arrival and pick up from the short stay car park that is not included in the booking cost. The very rude and unhelpful call at the start of the trip wasn’t a pleasant way to start the holiday after being told that if I was going to be more than 15mins late to my arrival time that there was nothing they could do. Leaving us in a position of uncertainty and frantically googling other airport parking options on our trip down. All this despite me calling them an over an hour in advance to let them know. If you are going to use Edward Lloyd be prepared to wait for a significant amount of time as it is more wait, meet and greet than anything else.

Straight forward Meet & greet parking. Car returned as it was dropped. Read the print, you will have to pay for parking, at least £7.50, add that to your total cost when booking parking.
