“Waited ages at drop off as we were not told where to wait. If they had said wait by lift area we would have been fine. On pick up at arrivals, phoned as requested twice and they said they would be about 10 mins. 35ins later they arrived blaming the queue to get in carpark. It was not worth paying the extra for meet and greet, would have been quicker getting the transfer bus!”
