“Everything went well until we returned on Sept 23rd . We were advised that our car had a flat tyre and needed my agreement that they could put on the spare. This they did and we were only delayed by 20 mins or so. However, I took the tyre to my local tyre depot to get it checked. They advised that the puncture was a damaged sidewall which would have been caused by impact, i.e. pothole. Not repairable and would have to be replaced (£140) Obviously, this damage didn't happen en route as this was all motorway and it would have been apparent. So we have to conclude that the tyre was damaged on the journey to wherever they off-airport park the cars. I emailed them on Sept 24 and also APH who arranged the original booking. I have heard nothing - not even an acknowledgement. Very poor service.”
