“I was very impressed by the service I received at Heathrow terminal 2.
I followed the instructions on the booking confirmation and a team member was waiting to greet me and take my car way.
After a fantastic holiday we returned and as per the instructions I called once we had collected our luggage and made my way to level 4 and my car was waiting for me with the driver in attendance he confirmed my identity and then as i loaded up our luggage he validated the parking ticket and we left without issue.
I would and gave already recommended this service to family and friends.

“Due to light traffic I arrived early and they were not able to collect my car from me before my ‘booked’ time. I had to pay extra for that and they still didn’t collect the car until after my agreed booking time. Poor flexibility, no notification I would have additional fees to pay on arrival and operations manager on site simply referred me to head office unable to make any decisions, or it seems get someone to me at the appointed time. Will not use this company again.”

“Service was fine and would use again. The review would have been five stars if they could send the invoice for the £40 booking amendment fee I had to pay so I can claim it back from BA. Getting bored of asking for it considering I have now asked 6 times.”
