“As instructed we called your company at 5:00 pm to say our flight had landed. We called again to say we had collected our baggage at 5:30. After many frantic phone calls made to you our car was eventually delivered at the meeting point at 7:00pm!
When booking, the price went up from our original enquiry by £16 within an hour. Do not use this company. They are unreliable and fell woefully short of their advertised level of service and did not seem to care about our mounting anxiety. We were fobbed of with their excuses and constantly told the car was on its way. The driver who eventually delivered our car said he had only received instructions eight minutes before he delivered the car to us. We would not trust this company again despite the fact they were linked to APH and do not deserve any recommendation.”
“Nice and courteous staff. Really simple instructions to use. Call them when you’re 20 min away and they’ll meet you. On the way back call when you’ve landed and then again when you get your bags. We went to the car park and met our driver before others got their cars. Would use again.”

“Phoned 30 minutes prior to arrival, we waited 10 minutes or so at the Short Stay Car Park Level 4 Row B at Terminal 3 once we had arrived and had a courtesy call from the driver to tell us he was on his way. Driver collected the car, there was no paperwork or ID presented. I took pictures of the vehicle i.e. odometer, fuel level, alloys and exterior shots, as did the driver. Driver turned up promptly on our return we waited around 10-15 minutes after calling from baggage claim, collected the car in the same place. Overall quite hassle free as I'd been worried about the overall negative reviews left. Car had only a few miles extra as had been parked off-site and the condition was still okay.”
