it is better for you to stick to people meeting you in level 4 or 5 as instructed in the information you provided at the time of booking. The phone call made by you wrongly misled us to come out of Cafe Nero, though we were supposed to meet your driver in Level 5. That was a disaster.”

“OK service, but waited too long for car to be returned afterwards. Told the operative that we didn't have luggage to be collected when we landed, but they only sent the car once we were through customs, which negated the benefit of not having luggage.
