“First time user of this service and our car was safely stored and returned to us on our arrival back from holiday as you’d expect.
The element which made this experience better was prior to dropping car off. During the night prior to departure our flight was cancelled so we set off earlier than planned to get to airport to resolve. Edward Lloyd went out their way to accommodate this and removed one worry from our plight.
Would definitely use again during to expected standard but elevated by their assistance to assist us pre-departure.”
“Went well for us.Directions and instructions were spot on.The driver was waiting for us when we arrived,he was polite and friendly.Its a 2 minute walk under cover to T5.When we got back I called when we landed and again once we had the cases.The car was there when we arrived at car park.Would definitely recommend.Its the 2nd time we've used them and will use again.”
