“Booked through APH and thought it was the permanent meet and greet based at EMA. (Which we have used many times). However, this was another Meet a Greet. We had to stand around waiting for someone to turn up to collect our car and bring it back when we landed. The driver pulled up the wrong way into one way road and was totally uninterested in talking to us and was in a rush to get away before we had even checked the car. We were informed we had to pay to get out of the car park on top of what we had prepaid for the Meet and Greet service. Don't use this company! We will make sure we always use the proper Meet and Greet with an office on site in future. Beware when you are booking Greet and Greet at EMA!”
“Bit disappointed we thought we had booked the meet n greet where you just drive up and barrier let's you in but we had by mistake booked the other one which on paper was cheaper but on the end costing more because we had to pay two seperate £6 fees for leaving the car park so it's a no from me next time”
“The staff i dealt with were all freindly, helpful and the process was all relatively straight forward.
However the car mats in both footwells were covered in dirt, i get the drivers side but not sure why anyone wouldbe in the passenger side.
Then the addtional £12 required to enter and exit the car par i was unaware of. That could be made clearer when people come to book.”
