“I haven't rated Midlands Parking meet & greet poorly, per se, but the whole booking via APH as well. Firstly, APH have the address of this East Midlands airport car park as Heathrow, which needs changing urgently! This could cause a lot of stress and possible missed flights if customers do not realise in time. I had to contact the car park who told me APH are aware of this because other customers have contacted as well, however why they're not changing it, I don't know.
Although the car park is a short 3-4 min walk away from the airport, you had to pay £6 upon arrival in order to get through the barrier. Then, when we arrived back from our holiday, the guy gave us our orange token back (which we got when we arrived at the airport) and this was (I'm guessing) meant to be used to get out of the airport, but no, it was wanting a further £6 from us. What a scam. So whatever price you see on the comparison websites, add another £12 on!
Would not use this company again.”

“Very efficient service, we were 10 mins late,due to traffic but it wasn’t a problem met by very helpful gentleman who very quickly photographed the car and we got on our way, collection was within 10 minutes of phoning from luggage reclaim, all went very well and would use again- thank you!”
“It’s very confusing when booking as it doesn’t explain that you need to walk from area c nor does it explain that you have a £6 charge dropping off and picking up.
I personally won’t use this parking again as for a couple of Quid more you can use the official meet and greet and drop off and pick up a short distance from main entrance”
