“Confusing setup, meet and Greet isn't really meet and Greet, You park your car expecting it to stay in the car park but it doesn't and you don't no where its taken, you pay a extra £6 for the attendants to take it away out the carpark and a extra £6 when the attendants bring it back to get out the carpark, we will be going back to a 1 off payment and using the bus”
“The return on boxing day was a bit stressful as it took about 40 minutes to get out car to us. The poor guy was running around trying his best. It was boxing day but we paid for a service that wasn't met. I would recommend you put mote staff on .as you would have known in advance how many cars were booked in .”

On arrival back to the car after one weeks holiday I was greeted by a gentleman who had ensured my car was warm for us to get into
