“Don’t be fooled into this. You park the furthest away from departures after having to wait for somebody to meet you. The same when you arrive. Not a great service at all. Also then add on a payment to get the car out the car park x 2
It’s cheaper and more convenient to park the car yourself.
We will not be using these again and will discourage our family and friends too. The price fools you into thinking it’s cheaper when you book on line. It does not make it clear at the time of booking that there will be further charges. Again don’t be fooled”
“The parking etc was great easy to follow & convenient.
HOWEVER Since i picked up my car my bank card has been used contactless in Leicester several times, which I left in my car & since returning have looked and it is missing. Please be careful with your items. I should have been more aware. Won’t be using again for this reason as my belongings have been stolen”

“Easy to find, reps were polite however had to pay an additional £12 for parking overall (6 on arrival and 6 when leaving) which was not mentioned untill after booking the parking
