“Very helpful service from the staff. Unlike meet and greet I’ve used before, you have to pay £6 on arrival and another £6 on departure. Just add this in with the initial cost please, as it’s a hassle.”
“My electric vehicle car was returned covered in mud from top to bottom on both sides. When I checked the diagnostics on my Kia app I can see it was driven at 69 mph on a 60 speed limit road.
I raised my disappointment at how dirty the car was and was told the conditions were wet. If that was the case then why was the person returning it speeding excessively in puddles?
No major issue but think some training is needed to driver other people cars with care and attention. Next time I will be putting it in vallet mode as clearly someone was having fun with its rapid acceleration.
Not sure I would use this service again though.”
