“There are good and bad with the service.
Firstly we rang 30 minutes prior to arrival, yet had to wait 10 minutes. Unsure if we are in the right place or not.
Biggest problem is you have to add £12 to the price you paid for the service. £6 on arrival and same to leave.
On the plus the car was in C zone on short stay when we arrived back and rang them after clearing customs. However there was no one with the car to give us our key back for another 5 minutes.
The fellow was good when he arrived and advised us to pay our exit £6 at the exit barrier so thank you for that .
On the hole it is cheap but add £12 to price. It is a little worrying when the small print says it's 3.8 miles to the parking area but if there are detours we may need to put 20 miles on your clock.”
“Not much room for improvement very quickly and helpful navigate you if get lost like l wasn't sure where to go l went to long stay parking first and they direct me to where I should be. And pointed me in the right direction at the airport . absolutely fabuuulooss thank you so much xx”
“On returning called when collecting luggage
Waiting in the rain over 20 mins had to phone again . To find the driver said he couldn’t get passed the barrier in the reverse twice and still couldn’t get through and that I will probably get a penalty charge from the airport for 100 or £200 i obviously I will not be using you again”
