“Confusing as 2 meet and greets. Poor communication. Poor lighting at the barrier you can't see how or where to gain access or get token from. Confusion ref key taken then I get calls when on plane chasing. Cat not ready on return. Despite me confirming beforehand and calling as requested as back collection point. Also hidden £6 charge both ways so NO I would not recommend”
“First time trying meet and greet parking, having used the park and ride sceam for many years at various airports around the country. What a massive disappointment it turned out to be. First having to pay 6 pounds to get in and out of the airport, after paying extra to use it was a bit of a sting thinking it would be easier as we are getting on in years , you get dropped off nearer to departure and arrivals points by the bus, and then getting hit with an extra 10 pound because the plane was late seams like a rip off not Ower fault, told to claim it back from get two , not going to happen as they will find some legal reason not to pay as per small print.When it's 2.30 am and a 3 hour delay all you want to do is get home. So APH this will be first and last time I will be using the meet and great service.”
“Used meet and greet in June it was amazing, booked again for September and it was appalling.
Previously we drove in meet and greet got told on the tannoy which bay to park in,wewent in the office, right there beside departure and arrivals. On return collected the key from there and the car was in the same place. Brilliant. Next time we were told to ignore meet and greet and go to car park one. Eventually someone came round and took our keys off us, didn’t give us a receipt and told us to phone him on our return. This car park was much further from the terminal and was very difficult for me with walking difficulties. On return we phoned him and he didn’t appear for 15 minutes and we had to pay £6 to exit the car park. Never again.”
“It's awful a mistake by you cost me £360 to get out of the car park was supposed to be in meet and greet but when I got there wasn't booked in I've emailed grace to sort this but saying it's the airports fault I need to get my money back it's not my fault”

I've always used east mid Park and ride ,10x thought j would give this a chance as if was £10 cheaper but turns out it wasn't won't be using again”
“It is not clear and obvious when booking that this is not the official airport meet and greet. It is not until after booking that you find you have to pay 2 £6 charges to go in and out of short stay park. We were told that secure indoor parking was half a mile away yet there were 35 miles extra on the clock and the car mats on both passenger and driver side were dirty. Not impressed at all and would not use again”
