“Swift drop off process and transfer to airport.
On return i was luckily the last person getting on a packed transfer bus so I quickly got my keys and left however behind me was a long queue as people swarmed of bus. Only one person was handing out keys and whilst he was quick I hope someone helped him?”
“We have used silver zone for many years - more than 12 times but this last experience was the poorest ( we have been pleased previously) . Checking in was easy but we had to wait 15 mins in a long queue for the bus in return and there were initially only 2 people to hand out keys. Disappointing.”
“Easy no fuss check in, transport to and from airport and key collection afterwards . Buses regular so no waiting around either end. Will definitely use again.”
“For a start , it would be quite helpful if you could put the correct postcode for the car park on the booking details, when relying on satnav directions. Shouldn't be difficult.
On our return to the airport, the queue for the shuttle buses was about 75 metres long, 3-4 deep. When we eventually boarded a bus, it was then held up and was unable to leave the parking area at the barrier.
The staff at the key collection were completely overwhelmed, although they worked hard and did their best, long queues formed again.
Bad organisation and bad management, poor systems.Not enough buses or staff to cope.”
