“We’ve used this facility multiple times now, and it continues to be an easy to use service with friendly staff. We are parked, and on the transfer bus to the terminal within 15 minutes. I fully recommend using this car park.”

“When I booked the parking there was no mention that the drop off place had been changed. The bus used to drop off right outside the terminal building now it’s a long walk if you have reduced mobility. I regret I shall now have to find alternative parking”
“We’ve used Silver Zone before and never had any issues. This time our holiday was cancelled on the day we were due to travel. We managed to rearrange a holiday for the following day but couldn’t cancel/ change our parking. We booked again hoping to get a response after the weekend. When we checked in the system picked up the original booking and charged another £30 as we would arrive back after midnight (already paid in the second booking) frustrated- we paid as we had a flight to catch. Been told they will look into it and will get back to us in 20 working days…frustrating that you can’t get hold of anyone on a weekend- parking always efficient though.”
