“Pretty terrible experience coming back. Crammed onto a bus with our suitcases - no room to move or even breathe really. Got back to the carpark and my car wasn't in the bay on my fob so I had to search for it. Then when we finally found it the reg plate scanners kept reading my plate wrong so I was stuck at the barriers until someone finally answered the buzzer. At 11.30 at night when you have a two hour drive ahead of you, this isn't the kind of experience you need or want. Won't be using them again.”
