“Much improved from last time we used it. Well organised parking and finding car on return! Straight on a bus to and from terminal though was a quiet time. Good idea to have organised bus waiting and embarking.
More actual people to help at check-in and would get 5 star”
“Although we were 15 minutes later than expected because of traffic, check in and key drop at Silver Zone parking was fast and efficient ( a helpful member if staff was on hand to assist with the automated key drop). There seemed to be regular buses to the airport. On return, a short queue that was being dealt with quickly and efficiently by Silver Zone staff. A good experience.”
