“Have used your services at least 5 times and always on the same flights, however this last time I was lucky to take part on your 15% off offer, however I missed the flight due to fog and had to rebook on easyJet two days later and had to go home, 2 hour drive and did not park for the 2 days, and on return I was told that I would not get a refund for the 2 days absent, which I thought it was unfair. The staff were very helpful as I suffer of dementia.”
