“Revamped silver zone could provide better weather protection. As you arrive at the drop off car park it an be a long walk with suit cases to get to the key drop. Also when you arrive or depart the arrival and departures there is an open section of walkway completely exposed to the elements. In my opinion some covered walkways are necessary”
“On outgoing journeybus windows were extremely dirty, even though it was a short trnasfer it would have been nice to see out of the windows. On the return trip we went to the place we were dropped off only to be told by a VERY rude driver to walk around and queue up at the collection point, so we had to drag our suitcases back inside the terminal and queue behind ONE other customer for a few minutes. Perhaps the driver need to go on a customer care refresher course!!!!”
