“The physical parking, handover over of keys and receipt of keys on return was good. However, the transport from the parking terminal to the airport terminal, and return was atrocious. I understand econmomy of scale, effective and efficient use of transport and manpower, however cramming people and luggage into a 20th century bus and being shouted at to move up the bus was not customer friendly and merely antaganised the people on the bus, especially when being forced up the bus and into children and young families. Totall NON ACCEPTABLE. Run the buses in a more customer friendly and user-friendly manner. MUST DO BETTER. Will not be using this service again.”
“Everything worked smoothly for both drop-off and pick-up. However the buses do not have enough luggage space, especially for awkward items like skis, so we had to use the seats.”
