“The silver zone bus seats were absolutely filthy especially the disabled seats. I have taken a video should you require it. Looks like they haven’t been cleaned for weeks. The rest of the internal aspect of the bus needs to be cleaned also. Thank my luck stars we weren’t wearing white clothing.”
“Arrived back at silver zone to collect keys. Was handed my car key and advised that my car was parked in the "drop off" car park in bay 44. Walked to the stated car park, only to find my car wasn't in that bay (obviously). The yellow key fob on my keys stated what looked like Col44. Asked a member of staff in the car park, who was equally confused and sent me to the collection car park and suggested I look at CQ44. My car was not there either, so I returned to the office and saw the same person who had given me my keys in the first place (some 20 minutes later). They looked at the key again, and stated it was Cd44. Why not write the code as CD44? as all the signage on the bays are in capital letters, and then it may not confuse your staff. What a waste of my time.”

“easy off airport parking that has come a long way over the last few years. Easy self check in and great regular bus service. On return gave ticket in and into car within five minutes very efficent.”
