“Although the system works well and was relatively quick and easy to use, when I was inputting my details when I dropped my car off, it would not accept the date of my return flight and insisted that I was returning the day after I was actually returning and I therefore incurred a £35 additional charge. My flight back arrived on time and I collected my care at 22.00 so don't understand why I was charged for an additional day.”

“Sadly, as a 74 year old widow with a hip replacement I was not impressed with having to drag my luggage to almost the furthest point from where the bus dropped me off on my return, after 9.5 hours of travel with a further 3 hours to drive home. Dare I suggest that you ask customers when booking whether they have any disabilities as well as asking for a d.o.b which would possibly back up any requests for a car to be parked nearer reception for collection on return? I left my car within two rows of cars from reception when I left it prior to going on holiday! I was too tired to count how many rows away I was on my return but about three away from the furthest point.”
