“Absolutely shocking service at 4am on a Sunday morning. We were faced with over a 90 Min wait for a bus to the terminal. Can't understand how the management can get it so wrong. Surely you know how many people are arriving through the booking and staff accordingly. Will be never using again. I will be recommending to all never to use. Disgraceful service for £90.”
