“The location is great for the airport, check in and drop off very easy and transport to the airport hotel frequent and quick. Arrived back at the airport and jumped on a waiting transfer bus. To the reception and a very efficient key collection process. Our car was in the correct collection location and there we have it. Absolutely no issues at all.”
“The initial booking in worked well although there was a long queue but our return journey was awful.
We must have waited at least 30 mins for our bus back to the car park and the queue behind us was back to the tunnel to the pick up car park. when we left on our bus. The poor people at the end of the queue must have been there at least an hour. Not good enough after a flight and it was freezing cold as well”

Why can’t we park, take a note of the parking bay number and keep our keys and return to the car after our holiday surly it was pointless moving it 4 rows back?”
