“It's a very efficient service at drop off and again at collection. I won't give 5 stars because they moved my car (and everyone's it seems) and I can't see why that's necessary. It's not done at Bournemouth.”

“Easy drop off. Very helpful staff. Problem with collecting the car as a member of staff had not written the parking bay clearly. It was in C H 70 but the gentleman handing back the key and myself misread it as C M. Then we looked for C N and finally found my car in C H row because of illegible writing. Hoping the staff member writes clearly next time. Apart from this delay all was fine.”
