“After an early morning landing, we came back to the mounting bolts sheered off so engine had dropped and undriveable! They didn’t email or call us, they waited until we landed. What should’ve been a 2 1/2 hour journey home took us 9 as we waited for 2 recovery trucks to assist. No paperwork as they said it was a Mechanical Failure and said it was the driveshaft…..how would they know this? We will never book here again! ALWAYS take a photo of your mileage.”
