“Well organised and clean. It would be better if the return buses could leave when mostly full rather than run to a schedule but otherwise very happy with the service.”
“Two things. Firstly the experience is normally good, but on this occasion the car came back covered in muddy raindrops. I don't mind rain, but the car must have been parked next to a building site. This is not acceptable. If you must do this, then clean the car before collection. Secondly, the bus service seemed stretched with too much of an attempt to pack each bus to capacity - this means that the transit time is much longer and too many people standing for too long. You need more buses more frequently. Again, this used to be muich better. Overall, your standards are slipping.”
“The booking along with drop off and collection process were easy and straightforward. There were plenty of buses to get you to and from the silver zone and new terminal transport hub.”
“I parked at Silver Zone and was then transferred to the airport. However, my flight was cancelled by the airline one hour from the flight time. Upon returning to pick up my car I was extremely disappointed to find that absolutely no consideration would be given to a refund. I have used Silver Zone many times over the years but feel rather let down by such a negative blanket approach.”
