Perhaps the flight arrivals could be monitored and matched with reservations. Obviate a wait on a cold and wet night.”
“My flight was delayed by iver three hours so we did not land at Aberdeen until 10.05pm . There were no transit buses and no sign that they were coming so we all walked with our bags to the long term car park . As all the customer services desks were also empty , it was impossible to ask if we were going to be charged for overstaying in the car park , but fortunately there was no problem getting out. For this I am grateful . It was a Sunday night so definitely a journey to forget.”
“Very easy to find. Shuttle bus operates regularly. There was no bus at the terminal when we came out. We had had a long wait for our baggage in the terminal. Used the telephone provided to say we were waiting and bus arrived in about 5 minutes.
Very pleased.”

Camera didn’t recognise number plate when exiting car park so a bit of a delay while trying to get help from the unmanned office.
Eventually had to drive round and use another exit where the camera recognised the number plate.”
