“Good car park, shuttle bus always there, staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I was not happy with was ,that I had pre paid park but when I pick up my car and drove to the gate to leave it whanted me to pay again .”
“Arrived at Aberdeen Airport on a much delayed Easyjet flight (approx 1.30am) to find no transfer bus at terminal. Used bus call service but got no reply. After walking to long stay car park bus turned up there.
VERY poor service.

“The car park was easy to find. A shuttle bus appears to be on permanent standby to collect you once parked and drop you at the terminal.
On our return, a quick call on the free to use phone at the bus stop outside the terminal, brings the shuttle bus to collect you and take you to your car. The barrier rose automatically allowing us to leave the car park.
Simple, convenient and good value. I would definitely use APH again.”
“Bus arrived to take us to terminal within minutes of arriving at 5a.m. On returning, a quick phone call via yellow kiosk at bus stop and the bus was available almost immediately to take us back to the airport. On both occasions the bus driver was welcoming and very chatty, very impressed with the service.”
“It is the first time that I had used this facility and I did so with a degree of trepidation. I need not of feered because everything went very smoothly.”
“No courtesy coach when we landed and then phoned to say that we were waiting. We were lied to when we phoned 4 times in total and told that the bus was on its way as we stood in the cold for more than 30 minutes. No apology. They couldn't care less.”
