“Service was good apart from confusion over pick-up. Booking letter said we would be picked up where we were dropped off. As we were standing at stop coach drove past and didn't stop. Fifteen minutes later same driver arrived and did stop saying he had not stopped first time because we hadn't called him from phone in bus shelter. As this was first time we had used this car park we were unaware we had to do this and there was no mention of it in the booking letter. There was a queue of Stagecoach buses at the bus shelter so we thought it was the Stagecoach bus shelter. In future you should make clear to customers they have to phone in when they arrive back at the airport.”

“Hi, I was impressed with the staff who I spoke with when I arrived at the airport on the 5th of October. I booked the long stay as I was going to be away from the 5th - 7th of October. I thought I had booked and paid for that duration but my confirmation had me staying for 10 days (Booking Reference DBD2J).
When I explained this to your ground staff they informed me they could amend the charge but to contact you upon my return.
I am now contacting you upon my return and would appreciate a proportional refund.

“We had a problem when we arrived as our number plate wasn't read and we had to take a ticket and have it cancelled when we arrived back. Not a very good experience, bit stressful. The bus arrived promptly both journeys and the driver was helpful.”
