“Was easy to book and park. However our ticket didn't let us out and hsd to call the assistance button which took a while before answering/let us out.”
“First bus driver just sat and watched us struggle with cases, poor customer service.
On the return trip we waited over 20 minutes at the bus stop and made 2 phone calls to be told twice that he was on his way yet it wasn’t even busy !
The driver, who was an older gentleman, was very helpful and lifted the cases on the bus, so no consistency for such a simple job driving a bus around a very small long stay car park.
You must know that the Ryanair flight lands every Saturday at 11.15 from Faro so why did we have to wait so long ?”

“Little choice of where to leave it. Had a long wait for bus because it 'was at the other side of the airport'. Booked and paid in advance but on reaching the exit barrier, entered ticket, barrier didn't open and informed us we had over £108 owing. Contacted someone through system who didn't seem surprised, didn't apologise and opened the barrier.”
