Very efficient service. Short bus ride to terminal door. Plenty of parking spaces. Friendly bus drivers. Would highly recommend.

Very easy to find, no issue at barrier, opened on arrival with my name, got free bus to terminal about 4 mins away on arrival back, outside the terminal used the supplied phone i shelter to get the bus, and arrived very quickly and dropped off at my car. Fantastic service, best parking I have left car at any airport

Great service on parking but on arrival had to wait at least 20 mins for a bus outside terminal on Thursday 23rd November at 1. 30p.m. in very cold weather despite phoning so very disappointed.

Precooked online which said a ticket would be printed at gate on arrival, it wasn't. When leaving its not clear what to do so we drove to the gate thinking it would be number plate recognition. It stated we had to pay £80 for the stay. We went to a machine and still said pay £80 when I inputed my reg. Noone in reception.only person going around was the shuttle bus driver who eventually helped. Very poor communication on what to do on arrival and departure and claiming we owed money which we didn't.

Just realised I have been charged twice for my 3 night stay..totalling over £160...can't get to talk to anyone about it...

Neither of the cars were recognised at the barrier so had to get a representative to let us on and out. Not the easiest of visits! Seemingly the orders were not processed on your system

I dont understand why paying in advance it doesnt recognise your number plate and let you out on exit. I almost paid twice last week for my parking - just as well I kept the confirmation in my emails. This needs to be addressed as has happened more than once.
