“PAID APH IN ADVANCE FOR 2 WEEKS PARKING HOWEVER ON RETURN TO COLLECT CAR I HAD TO PAY £180 TO EXIT CARPARK. COMPLAINED TO APH BUT NEEDED TO INVOLVE ABERDEEN AIRPORT CUSTOMER SERVICES TO EVENTUALLY GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER NEARLY 3 WEEKS. THANKS TO ABERDEEN AIRPORT CUSTOMER SERVICES BUT WON'T BE USING APH AGAIN”
“Unfortunately on our return, we picked up our car and headed to the barrier, we put the ticket in to exit but on the screen it said we were outstanding of £124, I had already paid over the phone £48 for the weekscs (we were not the only people that, that happened to) shocked and worried about the situation, I pressed the button to speak to someone and eventually after 10 mins discussion we were on our way, I hate to think what would have happened arriving late evening and no one to speak to.
I would still use APH as there is no other long stay.
I hope this will be looked into.”
“good price, but entry and exit didn't work. Our licence plate wasn't automatically recognised and we had to waste time phoning your staff who took a while to sort it it out.
previous times when we have used a different car the system has been fine”
“Was prepaid but when trying to leave it said I was due £120. This was quickly resolved by the lady on the barrier speaker.
No answer when trying to get the bus using the airport dedicated phone.”
“Hi parked here for two weeks booked and paid online when we collected the car it said we had an outstanding balance of 196.00 buzzed for help eventually got an answer….. gave our reference number they couldn’t find booking…… told us to speak to bus driver he checked our email back to the barrier still wouldn’t open still had outstanding balance to pay ….. buzzed again…….. waited for ages they still couldn’t find booking told us to reverse and try another barrier as we done this it eventually opened….. we were getting really annoyed staff really not helpful………CZ90V was our reference Dunbar looking forward to hearing from you…….”
“Handy carpark as close to the airport, just aswell as we arrived at the carpark approximately 4.20am waited on the bus for 15 mins it didn't turn up so had to walk as we were going to be late for our check in.
Thankfully it was there when we arrived back in Aberdeen.”
