“Excellent product and customer service. Would have been full five stars but had to call to clarify fitting instructions for one grill as photo in the instructions was not clear. All sorted now and will use again. All ready have zunsport grills on another vehicle, these are 10 years old now and still look like new.”

“I received the grill set more my car very quickly and the packaging was great. The attached wood strip insured that they were not bend. Application was easy once I watched the video a couple of times. The key to the low side grille is that there are 2 clips per side and that one is not used to hold (clasp a grill tab), but to help position or keep the grill from moving inward during the installation process. The video showed that, but I didn't see the purpose in it the first time through. An explanation would have helped. Grills were nicely finished and fit well. Nice addition to the car. One grill had a bit of mesh protruding past the rimming material and thus left a small scratch on the plastic . Not a big deal. Best to check this before installing. a touch to the grinder will solve the problem.”

“Good product but instal instructions need more info, and had to bend tabs to make a tight fit, and screws in centre grill were different from each other and not quite long enough . Like wrong screws.... And fit in som locations better than others ... But nice quick delivery”

“Front and outer grilles purchased for a Porsche Cayman 981. I found the website quite un-user friendly. It was quite difficult to find the products I wanted initially, and the photographs of the fitted grilles are not very clear or large enough to get a proper ideal the appearance once grilles fitted. A colleague buying the same items has said exactly the same. Once products sorted, order placed and received well protected and promptly a day or so later. Fitting instructions could have more relevant pictures and clearer wording to assist fitting of the outer grilles which come in three parts. The crucial fitting of the first part is particularly difficult to understand. Once one side fitted though second side was easier. on fitting second grille section first parts kept popping off the unbracketed side until the third section was installed. Quite tricky to fit overall, though now in place pleased with the appearance. I would recommend with caveats.”

“I was very impressed by the speed of delivery - the grilles turned up the day after I made the order. The finish of the grilles seems good. Fitting was straight forward although the fit perhaps could be a bit tighter. I had to bend the tabs open to get them to reach the lips they needed to clip onto and I had to put my hand through the slats to secure the clips - using a screw driver as per the instructions didn't really work. However they seem quite secure.”

“The grilles are strong and well made. There required a little adjustment in their curvature to fit the openings in the bumper correctly, but were otherwise easy to fit. They are neat and unobtrousive and should do a good job at protecting the air-con radiators from stone damage. Delivery was quick and efficient.”

“Good product. Fits well and looks good. One issue I had is with the instructions for the Cayman GTS lower side grill. One photo is misleading and shows the incorrect place to attach a clip. Once I discovered this, I had a difficult time removing the clip and scratched up the plastic doing so. This picture should be revised or deleted.”

“Quick delivery and well made product. Installed and my 2014 Porsche Cayman S. My only complaint is the install method on lower grills. They use Grip clips to attach one end. Instructions were not real clear and picture didn't really help. Eventually got both lowers installed but it wasn't a 30 minute job. After struggling with right side I tried a different method on the lower left and it went a little easier. Drove the cart for about 40 miles and rechecked, all grills were still secure. They look great on the car but would look for either clearer instructions or another device to attach the lower grills. Rick”

“Ordered some grills for my 2015 Cayman S. Got them to the US in just over a week which is great for a UK shipment. The grills look nice and they are of premium quality and craftsmanship as expected. Installation was fairly easy after watching the videos. A couple comments: The upper grills for the front sides don't fit in as deeply as the lowers. Seems like they could have been designed to fit in a more similar amount of recess and that would look better in my opinion. The box was beat up quite a bit by FedEx and the center grill was bent out of shape. Probably a heavy box crushed it or it got stepped on. I was able to 98% bend it back to shape with a rubber mallet and installed on my car. I think only I will notice it is not in the perfect curvature. The packaging for the shipment was not very strong and should be improved. A box that had stronger/stiffer cardboard or Styrofoam support inside may have protected the long grill better.”

“I assumed that Cayman and Boxster side grills are the same. Huge mistake on my part. To take advantage of the 100% satisfaction return policy, the cheapest FEDEX shipment from San Diego to the factory cost more than the original purchase. The part provided was of high quality, and arrived for pick up only days after order, so sad I could not use it.”
