Many thanks to Adam Ali, Mr. Sahi and all the team who have assisted in my support requests, provisioning and orders. The team are always friendly and responsive. As someone who has been in VoIP support, provisioning and platform management/maintenance for over a decade, they help me understand the nuances of their systems and processes so I can better support my customers.

Ahsan sorted us out had 2 numbers from a 100 number range that needed porting as a different supplier was being a nuisance to our customer took a while but managed to retain a long standing number for our customer

Just moved voip phone providers to Xinix, they were all very helpful and understood completely our requirements. Once we were ready to go Ali, from Xinix support talked me through the setting up, reconfiguring our existing handsets remotely. The service is half the price of our previous providers - What is there not to like?

I would like to thank Ali for his amazing work today. I had an issue with my Xinix and he took time to ensure that it works. Absolutely good value but a little temperamental by times where the phone doesn't ring when you are called but the massive plus is you can answered calls while you're out and your mobile

i have an on going issue with my grandstream box where the time does not change when the clocks go forward or back, So on two occasions now I have had the pleasure of talking to Maryam Shaheen in the technical dept to sort out my problem and I can say that Maryam is a pleasure to deal with and extremely understanding and helpful with a non computer literate person like myself, if it where possible I would give her 10 stars for her help and support, THANKYOU Xinix for the wonderful service you provide.
