“Our customer service guy continued to contact me to see if the issue could be resolved even when he stated that the problem was with the handset rather than the phone line ( he was correct). As it was with my 90 year old mother he called and sent e mails until he was sure this was resolved. Thank you for your patience and perseverance”

“Handset of my phone line was not connecting with base unit so i sent an email, someone called me within hour and sort out my problem. service was very friendly and helpful.”

“My system was installed 3days ago. I was apprehensive about leaving the comfort of a sound landline but following talking to Xinix I was impressed by the process of installing Voip. The costs were surprisingly low compared to previous deal with my provider. I was also impressed by the clear and effective communications I received prior to installation”

“I was having fttp installed and wanted to keep my landline phone. Xinix supplied their VOIP unit well in advance and by email I received very clear installation instructions. On activation day everything worked perfectly and has continued to work without problem. I am impressed with Xinix.”

“Following the change to BST my phone was still showing GMT. After contacting Xinix, Ali very quickly made some adjustments that corrected the problem Happy customer. I used the ticket system to report the problem.”
