“i have an on going issue with my grandstream box where the time does not change when the clocks go forward or back, So on two occasions now I have had the pleasure of talking to Maryam Shaheen in the technical dept to sort out my problem and I can say that Maryam is a pleasure to deal with and extremely understanding and helpful with a non computer literate person like myself, if it where possible I would give her 10 stars for her help and support, THANKYOU Xinix for the wonderful service you provide. “Ali, was extremely good and efficient, he resolved several issues that I have had since starting with your service. Only 1 handset out of 4 was aswering calls and none could call out. Now all light up like Christmas Trees when a call comes in. He also connected my mobile so I can answer calls on landline when away from home. Brilliant and Thanks.”

“I moved from sky to virgin and unfortunately i didn’t swap my number over with virgin and wanted to go with Xinix as theyr much cheaper just for the land line. Mid way through they couldn’t get my number which has been in the family for almost 50years. Sky,Bt,virgin no one could port my number back. Momina and Hassan were my agents and tried their best and finally got my number back and on. Can’t believe the big corporates couldn’t help me but these guys were fantastic and did the impossible. Personal thank you to you both and to your company.”
