“We have had to replace our YEALINK base because of a lightning strike close by. We went for a Gigaset phone but there were concerns it may not be compatable. We eventually purchased a new YEALINK base and it was Uzair who helped install it. He spent a lot of time in getting us through the process and he was more than helpful and ensured all went well before he signed off. His patience with this old man was exemplary. 10/10”

“Our landline was unexpectedly cutoff by previous supplier and the couldn't reconnect. Looked for a VOIP solution and after a chat with Xinix within an hour I had ordered VOIP with my existing number being ported. Converter arrived on time and switch over happened on the day it was planned. Good email communications all through the tranfser.”

“Good price easy setup just check sim card placement inside 4g router and only 3gb data per month not told until after setup date But does what we need replace copper line.”

“The setup was very easy and stress-free. Maryam was very helpful with any questions that I had or changes I wanted to make whenever she checked in, which made us feel very supportive. I wish I had made the switch to Xinix a long time ago”

“The man from support help me and guided me has im not very good with understanding todays tec. he rang me back each time he told me. he was so paction with me it took a week to sort out but with his help i got there in the end. very big THANK-YOU to the man from support.”

“I am very pleased to have Xinix World as my service provider after my Analogue landline was disconnected by my previous service provider without any notice. I was looking for a Company that would meet my needs. And most certainly Xinix have met this requirement. Without any reservation I am compelled to give Xinix a FIVE STAR for the following reasons: When I contacted the Sales Department, Eama guide me through efficiently about a package to suit my needs. And this package is quite reasonably and if not, cheap indeed. I have also received the Package with a free Adaptor dead on time. Instructions were provided efficiently by Maryam and installation took me less than 5 minutes without any problem. The steps are quite straightforward and easy to install. On the other hand, Maryam and Uzair from the Support Team had resolved a small issue with respect to my International Call and this took a matter of a few minutes....a job well done Maryam !!! Customer service after care is excellent and the above three individuals were patient and tolerant in divulging suitable information appropriate to my needs. I hope I am not wrong for the future as a Customer of Xinix. However, I am pleased to have a reliable home Voip service landline or virtual provider like Xinix. Good luck Xinix and to the Staff representing Xinix.”

“Their advisors over the phone are very polite and professional. Tech support person, Ali, really went out of his way to help me on resolving the tech issue I had with my phone. This matter took almost a full day though we had to break in between due to issue with accessibility to configuration of the phone but eventually he was able to sort it out. Very good support. I shall recommend Xinix to others.”

“I have a VOIP with Xinix who have been really helpful in setting up the line. I upgraded to a couple of cordless handsets from Xinix which were delivered to me really quickly. I did not realise that there is quite a process to setting them and the new base station up. So I called the Xinix customer support and Uzair took the hassle out of the set up and did it all for me over the internet. He was very helpful and obviously knows his stuff. Thank you very much indeed!”
