Uzair was fantastic he helped me to configure my phone he was very helpfull and i took up alot of his time sorry about that not very technical, so happy to be up and running thanks again for your expertise .

I wanted to keep my landline number when I moved to ‘fibre to the property’ for my broadband but only because it is still listed as the contact for a couple of clubs. A basic VoIP line appeared to be the answer so I hunted for a basic package. I found Xinix was the cheapest and put in my order on the internet. I have had direct contact with real people phoning me. First of all to check the details and telling me what would happen. Then telling me that my number was being ported from my existing supplier and that the necessary hardware was on its way. Now the phone I used for my landline is plugged in to the hardware Xinix sent and I can use it as before. Everything happened seamlessly and Xinix have contacted me today to check that all is ok. I have been made to feel that my custom is important to them - excellent customer service

It is very infrequent when you come across a company that goes out of their way to help you and give a free trial first, and Uzair and the team at Xinix certainly do and give a great service, they always keep in touch with Emails or phone, so could not ask for a better service, so thank you Uzair and the team at Xinix,

From the very start all at Xinix provided excellent advise, hand holding and support carried through to a very caring operater called Uzair who calls on occassion to check that all had worked in set up and guided on set up and then checked all ok for number porting etc .. I am incredibly impresssed with Xinix and their team. As for the line quality it is something that myself and household have not had to discuss as it is great, never lost a call, only ever had a good quality connection. if you need VOIP and your not sure then call Xinix, I was so blind to how it all worked and they asssited me so well, its good value and seems best deal I could find in UK.

Failed to port my existing number and asked for£20.00 to try again. OFCOM states it is a legal requirement. Using their services I was able to raise a complaint which they investigated. My internet provider, Plusnet, had difficulty contacting BTOpenreach who came across as indifferent. What I was doing was what I had expected Xinix to do as my porting representative. I spent a lot of time pursuing this and eventually contacted my MP. My number has now finally been retrieved.

This is a rare case where we were able to port a number that was ceased by its previous provider before the order was placed with us.
