“I wanted to forward voicemail to my mobile e-mail address, but could not see how to do this. A ticket on the help portal brought virtually instant response, with them setting up the target address, and it works perfectly!”

“I have just bought a Yealink base station and handset. I connected it all up but then had'nt got a clue how to configure it with Xinix. I phones Xinix and very promptly received a call back from Maryam who was able to remotely able to set it up while explaining what she was doing. Maryam made a test call to me and got me to make a test call while she was on the line.Super efficient service with a smile. Thanking you again, Alex”
