“Nothing went wrong at your end. I just got confused and thought a needed to logon to your website. i could not find a record of the password. After speaking to a member of your team I decided that I must never have had to create a password. Your teleph9one response is excellent and all the epeople I have spoken to since I signed up with you for my landline phone have been very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the person you helped me today. I am apersonal cutomer.”

“Ok. I was served by Maryam Shaheen. She was brilliant. I have never had so many fast e-mail returns ever! She dealt with alll my queries, questions and connection issues promptly, professionally and accurately with a high level of technical ability. I am now connected and look forward to using a high qulaity digital telephony service. I contrast this superb service with my previous enquiries to another provider. The contrast could not be more stark. I am as happy as a dog with two tails! Cheers Honest Bob”
