“Straight forward and easy from the start. Always helpful and kept in touch throughout the porting process. Ali kept in touch asking about progress on our side as Virgin were unhelpful in installing a new cable for the Broadband. Xinix are a highly recommended and professional outfit !! 🤨👌🏽”

“I’ve been dealing with Xinix over the last few weeks in the capacity of LPA for my 90 year old father. The customer service people (there were a few I think, not all left their names on emails so I can’t name drop) I dealt with have been great. They have understood the issues and allowed me the time I needed to discuss with my father before determining the right way forward for him. Can’t thank them enough in this instance.”
