“Using my own VoIP adapter, I was not succeeding in entering the configuration correctly, Uzair arranged to take control of my computer and solved the problem, finding the advanced setting I had missed, and everything then worked fine. Good service!”

“I had a broadband landline bundle with Plusnet and took the opportunity of a contract renewal to unbundle leaving my broadband with Plusnet and moving my landline service to Xinix VOIP. We have had our home phone number for over 40 years and it was important to us to keep it. Xinix ported the number in a trouble free process, were unfailingly polite and helpful on the phone and treated my anxiety with understanding! The adapter was delivered in plenty of time and installation was very simple. We've had the service for two weeks now and has provideded excellent voice quality with no hitches. Very pleased with Xinix service.”

“We have had a trouble free transfer to a VOIP phone service, ie. to XINIX . All the communication has been on a very helpful and personalised basis yet remaining very professional efficient. “Was having trouble with my landline number, when dialling my number to my mobile it kept coming with another number and some where else in the country, submitted a ticket to customer support, received email from Uzair who must have passed the ticket on to Ally who rang me to tell me the number had been changed to my own landline number, i checked and sure enough my proper landline number was coming correctly on my mobile, i would like to praise Uzair and Ally for the help they both gave me thanks again”
