“Uzair has been outstanding in helping me help my elderly Auntie and Uncle set up there new telephone. A true asset to the company, who have also provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Xinix and the support team especially Uzair for patience and knowledge”

“I have just signed up for full fibre internet and selected Xinix as a VOIP provider because BT won't allow Plusnet to offer a VOIP telephone service. The switchover took a few days to complete, XINIX sent me a box to link between the router and my Panasonic DECT phone. Unfortunately there was an issue with the region setting on the box, Uzair at XINIX was able to log in remotely to make good. Although I have only been with them for a few days I have found them to be very responsive and offer a quick customer service. Bodes well for the future.”

“I have rarely dealt with a more conscientious service provider. The product, voip phone to replace the defunct copper system, was installed exactly as scheduled. A minor glitch occurred, dealt with very efficiently and effectively, by remarkably personable and knowledgeable staff. If only other companies worked in the same way... Thank you xinic and in particular Maryam who was the main contact.”
