“Maryam helped me sort out all my problems with setting my adapter time and also my international calls, I found Maryam to be extremely professional in her approach to her job. I personally recommend Maryam and Xinix as a company and I will recommend the company to my family and friends.”

“Problems connecting st first, but Uzair sorted it over my mobile and now all good. It’s not just about how the product works but how a problem is fixed, he was most helpful and patient with a family member who was non-technical and that is good service. Thank you Uzair and Alishba’s happy and cheerful attitude when dealing with me on my first contact was much appreciated too.”

“I was having a problem with no caller i.d. showing up on my home phone display. Due to my workload, I was unable to be at home during normal office hours. Uzair kindly offered to help me out after hours, he logged in to my system remotely and was able to resolve the issue. I am incredibly grateful to him for going above and beyond to sort out the problem and would recommend Xinix to anyone looking for a voip solution.”

“I wanted to connect my VOIP compatible Gigaset base station directly to my router which meant it needed configuring. I phoned Xinix and my call was answered very promptly by Miriam who advised me that she could do it for me remotely from my laptop. I downloaded the appropriate software and I watched and provided the information Miriam needed to complete the task which she did very efficiently. She was very informative and friendly. Xinix are a breath of fresh of fresh air compared to my previous provider. No long wait to get through and solve your problem when you do”
