“Superb service. Only wanted a pair of bearings for bike wheels. In the "other information box" i wrote that they were for Fulcrum bike wheels. Within 5mins of placing the order I had a very helpful phone call suggesting the size was wrong on my order. It was pointed out to me that the bearings I had removed from the wheel to replace were incorrectly labelled and I was given the option of changing and refunded the difference. I went with the knowledge, changed the order and they fit a treat. Well done Wych! Top Marks.”
