“I have bought several sets of bearings from Wych for my bicycles. The selection is excellent, usually at different price ranges, the quality good and the delivery swift. The website is very easy to navigate and informative. I've had no need to bother customer service in any of my dealings. I would recommend them to anyone looking for bearings and most things bearing related.”

“I had to return my initial order for 2 sets of head bearings for our Canyon EMTB's due to incorrect reference numbers being given to me by the Canyon agent! I contacted Wych and explained the problem, they quickly and painlessly sent 2 correct sets to me without quibble and once they received back the first set, they refunded the money without any further charge. Will definitely shop with them again.”
