“I had a something go wrong with my order initially as in paid, but ther was no order in the system. Maybe a sugestion, other webshops do utilizes a time reservation system to hopefully prevent this from happening. Noteworthy the responce from the custumer service was good, fast, we did figure out what and why it happened, for it to be refunded took 4 days (but lies with the payment provider).”

“Excellent service overall. My orders are fulfilled accurately and reasonably promptly. Packaging is also excellent. I would like to see an easily-accessible process for contacting real live humans, e.g., to make product requests or ask questions. This feature seems to be absent from the web store. There’s a specific product request id like to make, but I see no means of making my request, and this review seems like the wrong place for that.”
