“I was enticed to purchase a strap with them with a 10% off initial purchase offer but when I applied it at check out it didn’t factor in. When I then sent their customer service an email asking for the discount be applied, they promptly fixed it (granted the discount).”

“I had an issue with the octopod clasp not staying closed and it did take over a week to resolve, but it did get resolved and a new one is being sent out, I would have scored a 5 star otherwise as all have been very helpful.”

“Ordered several octopod straps and buckles. I was shipped the wrong size on one of the straps and had to contact customer support. I had to provide a picture of what I received and after they confirmed their mistake they shipped me a replacement. It took a bit longer to get this resolved because of having to email back and forth. Also, I had paid for expedited shipping so it was kind of inconvenient to have and wait for a replacement.”

“Presentation was good but there is a piece of nylon or threading on the shorter band that scratches my wrist from time to time in an unpleasant way. Not sure if there is a way to fix this but that’s my only gripe right now. Also wish it was a quick release spring bar.”
