“Fast shipping and good information. The only downside is that they use fedex which delivers the package during working hours and has no delivery point if you are not at home.”

“Seamless order process, quick shipping from Zuludiver although my package was hold up in customs 10 days. Recon it's due to the DDP, so customs is waiting fro Zuludiver to pay customs etc. before they release the package to the recipient. Not a big deal, but it something to keep in mind when you order.”

“MK3 Buckle is nice but sometimes it does not close on the first attempt. Strap is well made and comfortable. However, adjustting the strap to the wrist takes several attempts and it is not easy to do. Customer service is excellent”

“I was a very nervous ordering this strap because I wasn't sure whether it would fit my watch, but I had been wanting an integrated rubber strap for a while and decided to take the chance. The ordering process was easy, communication was prompt, and the strap arrived as advertised. The only reason I don't give it a 5-star rating is that Zuludiver should expand the list of compatible makes/models beyond the five listed in the description, or link to a database that lists makes and models compatible with the strap. AND, they should update that list based on reviews like this one - especially when a photo is provided that proves compatibility beyond just words.”

“Seems like fairly good customer service as far as ordering. I was missing one strap in my order and did receive it once I made customer aware. As far as the buckle goes I received the MK2 not the MK3 and have only recently realized this and brought it to customer service attention. I have not received a response yet but believe I will soon as in the past they have always been responsive to inquires”

“The straps are of good quality and provide good comfort. But shipment was expensive and slow. From submission of payments to delivery, it took more than a week; to go from England to the east coast of America. While it would not have been a big issue if the shipping cost was waved. But I had to cover the fee and it wasn't cheap.”

“I happen to learn about zuludiver octopod system online and came across some of their youtube videos as well which inspired me to place an online order. Their website was good and showcases all colour options.Delivery was hassle free and it was shipped on the same day via DHL.”
