“I purchased the Octopod clasp and three bands. VERY disappointed, to say the least. The Octopod buckle has such sharp edges (and I’m in the type of business where being uncomfortable comes along often…I’m used to uncomfortable) that I had to remove it from my watch. I forced myself to wear it two days….the clasp popped open three times!! The elastic straps has frayed ends on both both straps. The regular strap is pretty nice however. The “presentation”…….. as you call it….wasn’t the tin can they constantly show on website and in their videos….it was such a thin mil cardboard “envelope” approx 1.5” wide with everything just jammed into it. This is by far the worst purchase that I have ever made. The idea of the Octopod and branding is awesome but your engineering dept must have been in a major rush and ultimately failed you. Wish I could include pictures!”

“To be honest it's 17 Jan 2023 and I haven't received my Zulu yet. I have emailed the business and they told me it was because Royal Mail are striking, ok, so don't use Royal Mail. It's not rocket science there are these other businesses which specialise in sending items overseas, um, DHL for instance.”

“15 days and still no strap. Amazing. Too many businessses in US to buy a basic navy blue NATO strap and have it in three days. If you live in US, avaoid these folks if you need a strap in less than three weeks. I had no idea I was dealing with a UK company at time of purchase.”

“First off, the quality of the materials and machining are top notch…. But after installing on my Tudor FXD, I feel like this is a solution in charge of a problem. The 22mm buckle is just massive.. way to large to be comfortable for most people. Also the strap is difficult to install. Didn’t come with instructions so had to search the internet for a diagram. These were expensive but will end up being tossed into the strap drawer.”

“The Strap I ordered came with a scratch across one of the bands. It was probably a bit hard to notice since it's black but after I put it on it it's very noticeable. Would have preferred to get one that's brand new since it cost 50 dollars.”

“Ordered product on Oct 02. I cannot review the actual product as it still hasn’t arrived on Oct 11. Product chased with company on Oct 07 but no reply yet, just auto response noting problems with Royal Mail. If the company was aware of issues with Royal Mail, surely another carrier could have been used. Still hopeful product will arrive.”

“The strap material itself is great, the clasp/buckle is fine if you never plan on taking it off. Aesthetics wise the clasp is great. Taking it off is impossible. The only way I can get it off is by prying it with something skinny enough to fit underneath the lip of where you lift the clasp to unbuckle it. If you don't have a knife handy, or the handle end of some fingernail clippers, then good luck. For the price, that's unacceptable for me personally, if the clasp has to be this way then I wouldn't pay more than a fifth of what the price is.”

“Shipping was a nightmare. Diver was confirmed purchased and confirmed delivered but I never got the item. Great now I have to open a case with Zuludiver's 3rd party shipper. No communication from either party on the status. Sort of wrote the item off. A week later it mysteriously shows up. OK great news.”

“Customer service end on ordering was good. Strap itself is far too short. The description should make clear that it will only fit small wrists. Not worth sending back to uk… but looks to be nice quality.”

“Hello, This is the 2nd time when I order nato-straps from your site. I was very pleased on the 1st order, but on the 2nd order ZULUDIVER VERYAN NATO WATCH STRAP(Black/Grey/Orange) wasn't ok at all. There is a lot of material which is breaking off near the holes. I don't think that I can wear it too many times. And I just can waited for this nato-strap for the very nice combination of black, grey and orange. I am very dissapointed on this fact, having in mind I paid quite some money on taxes and transport and only PREMIUM ZULUDIVER MILITARY HERRINGBONE NATO WATCH STRAP, SATIN HARDWARE is ok.”
