“Customer service is spot on as is the shipping and the presentation of my order, the cardboard sleeves the straps come in are a great idea. The only problem I had was trying to remove the QR spring bars, I followed your YouTube video and I virtually ruined the strap. There is NO way the QR spring bars can be removed following your method. In the end I realised that the small ball on the top of the spring bar is only a push fit so with a small pair of pliers i just pulled the ball out and slid the spring bar out as normal. If only I'd realised this before I ended up with a very frayed and ripped strap. The quality of the strap is first class, or rather it was, this is why I've knocked off one star on my review.”

“Delivery was extremely fast. There were bonuses in the package, which made me happy! Very comfortable and well made straps as I purchased several. But... most of them are too short, and as I wrote in 3 reviews in a row, the pins are very difficult to get into the strap. It's more for casual watches, not diving... which suits me with the brand name. The downside for me is that I shop from an intermediary address as I live in Bulgaria and delivery and returns are difficult!”

“My NATO style strap is very nice. I'm so happy with how it looks on my Moonswatch Moonphase edition. One word of caution though if you live in America, it will take a solid 2 weeks for it to arrive from Great Britain (also known as a "fortnight"). When you're used to 2 day delivery this is tough.”
