“Hi there always used Zuludiver national straps, well made however the last one was slightly disappointing as when wet it expands on your wrist so have to tighten the strap but hey a small issue for a great product.”

“The actual service level is high - responsive, quick and helpful. The automated web ordering, however, seems a little creaky - on both my last two orders I have received a positive response to the order and that payment was taken, only - a few hours later - to receive a further e-mail saying there were still items in my 'basket' and for me to continue with the purchase, and even a reminder on this one, despite my response to the first.”

“Now that I have the strap it's nice, but I have issues. The first one, and most likely my fault but when I ordered the black strap I thought that it too had stitching (black) like the grey and tan stitching options. Obviously, it has NO stitching. The second issue is that I'll now have to order a 16mm deployant clasp (Watchgecko) since my other watches with 20mm straps taper to 18mm and not 16mm like yours. BTW, packaging and shipping costs were awesome.”
