“Excellent service and the straps are good quality and very comfortable. One slight improvement would be that the website should make it clear the difference between the ordinary straps and the elasticated straps!”

“The item arrived promptly, the quality was not as good as the last strap I bought from Zulu diver, but it was very cheap. Like the old adage says " you get what you pay for".”

“Excellent, well made product but the shipping cost is unreasonable for such a small item that cost less than the shipping. Won't buy again at that cost. If the shipping was fair I would give five stars.”

“Ordering, packaging and shipping were all very good. The high cost of shipping to Canada was the only negative. I ordered 2 NATO straps to average out the shipping cost per band but not everybody will do that.”

“Pretty straightforward order. I didn't receive a valid tracking method for the States and it took a while longer than a domestic order, but I expected as much since it was international. Still relatively quick though.”

“The customer service, shipping, website was fine. After ordering the watchband I received it very quickly. However, the whole experience can be influenced by one thing, unfortunately, that was the quality of the class and or safety that did not fit correctly.”
