“Easy to order, quick delivery, product arrived within the 3 days specified, very well packaged, minor dents in the cardboard but no penetration to product, unpacked within the hour and all looks good.”

“I was pleased to receive email telling me my order was out for delivery. My order arrived quickly. I had ordered samples. I felt the samples would have been better if they were bigger. One of the samples had a big pattern on it but the sample sent was far too small to make a decision if it would be suitable or not”

“I never actually received my order. I ordered two samples of shower panelling at the start of my bathroom project in October 2024. It’s not January 2025 and I have not received the order. Would not recommend.”

“Great price compared to high street. Delivery cost fair. Delivery super quick. BUT Boards had damage to corner edges requiring them to be cut down by a few centimetres. This not a major problem, more a nuisance really. I have reported this via email to customer care but have not had a response! Shame otherwise would have given 5 ⭐ rating.”

“Excellent customer service and 5star delivery! Needed a panel in a hurry, I called them and they reassured me they could meet the deadline. They then emailed to confirmed everything was on schedule, so I could relax over the weekend. Took all the stress away, perfect!”

“After looking around for Bathroom panels & not inspired with other companies or their pricing. I found Wet Wall Works on the Internet. A Good website made me make the phone call, to ask more questions. Really helpful people on the phone & reassured me, by sending free samples out. Soon after receiving them, I placed the order for panels, hidden internal guides & crome external corner edging. Finally got to the point of fitting them today. So easy to cut to shape & work with to fit. Very happy with the results. Great value product. Very well packaged for transportation. Easy to talk to the staff. Highly recommend to you all.”

“the quality of samples was acceptable, but the edges were uneven indicating whatever they use to cut their products isn't sharp. I wouldn't order a product to my house with a dodgy edges.”

“I ordered 2 shower panels (£200)where one (when opened) ws damaged. Unfortunately I didn't notice these within 24 hours as I did not open the package - they are 2400 x 1000 and I am a retired lady. The box had been sat in my hallway where it caused no obstruction. When my contractors opened the box 1 week later we noticed one was damaged. I contacted Wet Wall Works - whose response was - if only you had reported within 24 hours their response quote "would have been different". Not great customer service.”

Hi Melissa, Thank you for your review, and it was myself who responded to your email as you wanted me to comment on what you had written to. Firstly, it is always upsetting to read emails or take phone calls about items damaged by the couriers. We spend a lot of money and time wrapping our items and hate when customers are let down. What we do ask, which is written in all emails, is that items are inspected as soon as they are received. If you aren't able to do this, then you could have notified us, as we are unaware of people's circumstances at home. Checking items prior to fitting saves you fitting costs and stress as we can resolve all issues prior to the fitter turning up. Again, I am sorry that damage has occurred, and we do resolve issues when we are contacted prior to fitting. We can't resolve issues when the fitter is on site, and unfortunately they had been with you for 10 days, which we would have swapped out for you. Kind Regards Rupert
